Adjective Resources For 1st Graders

Hey there.

In this post, I'm sharing Adjective Resources I created to use with my 1st Grade students. And a Freebie!

๐Ÿ‘‰If you are looking for Fun Adjective Activities to do with your class, proceed to this blog post.

When I made all these sheets, I just wanted a variety of practice opportunities to use with my kids throughout the year.

I wanted easier worksheets that I could use in the beginning of the year to introduce the concept, and more rigorous ones that integrated reading and writing as the kids got older.

I also wanted to have a different activity that students could use in a Center. That activity would be easier at first, then I'd increase the level of difficulty.

๐Ÿ‘€This is what the 1st Grade Adjective Packet looks like:

This product consists of 16 practice worksheets for adjectives, a Literacy Center, and Editable Templates. All activities target the Common Core standards for Adjectives in First Grade.

Each practice sheet clearly targets a standard, and uses different methods such as: cut and paste, fill in the blanks, multiple choice, color, and write sentences. Because of the variety of sheets, you can use them when you review these standards many times throughout the year.
